The community of Pike County Kentucky was lacking in the value of Art Resources and the issue has been addressed with a solution - Pike Arts, Inc.Pike Arts is a collaborative effort of the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture and College of Fine Arts. A year after the Pike Arts, Inc. program was established - the PikeCountyArtisanCenter opened its doors to maintain a community center dedicated to the work of Kentucky Artisans to provide education and to preserve and achieve a strong awareness of craft and its cultural contribution. The Artisan Center of Pike County is a place where all the aspects of art come together - where paint meets music and drama meets photography - it’s the place Where Community Meets Creativity!
